From her experience in Advertising, Suchismita always had a knack for styling. This led her to start designing costumes for films. Initially she worked as a designer cum stylist for various TV shows; her first break came in films when some of her designs were used in Parineeta. Since then she has worked in various regional, national and International projects like Bibar, BBD, Jackpot, 033,Chaturanga, Mahanagar@Kolkata, Choli Key Peechhey to name a few.
